Pulachi Patwadi, Rassa & Chapati

A tangy variation where a besan crepe or dosa is stuffed with grated raw mango (kairi), sliced into patwadi cakes and served with a fiery, aromatic masala rassa and soft chapatis. The raw mango stuffed patwadi is either soaked directly into the hot masala rassa to be scooped up with soft chapati, or simply enjoyed entirely on its own.
