Mini Fried Idlis

Mini idlis are prepared from fermented rice and urad dal batter and steamed into small bite sized pieces. These idlis are then lightly fried until crisp on the outside and soft inside and tossed with mild spices. Served with coconut chutney for a flavorful snack.(Reference Image)
