Gulachi (Jaggery) Dashmi

Gulachi Dashmi :“Tradition Rolled into Every Bite.”Gulachi Dashmi is a traditional Maharashtrian sweet flatbread made with jaggery, wheat flour and ghee and warming spices. Soft and  slightly crisp when roasted on a tawa. Traditionally prepared during Gudi Padwa and other festive occasions.It is served with a side of dry coconut chutney,creating a beautifully balanced and satisfying meal or snack.
