Hey, I really love Bohri cuisine. Since I stay far from family, I was excited to try your food and get that homely taste. The concept of home-style cooking truly tempted me. But honestly, the Khichda did not match even a regular taste. I had specifically called and requested it to be spicy, but it turned out completely opposite.
It was very bland, the pulses were not properly mashed, and it had a slightly bitter taste. The barista also lacked flavour, and no masala was provided on the side to adjust the spice level. Even the salad wasnāt balanced ā the katimeethi chutney had very little onion.
I appreciate the concept and effort, but the taste and quality definitely need improvement.
